I THINK I PRAY TO MUCH ESPECIALLY before going to bed. AND NO I don't smoke or drink etc. Anyways back to the topic, "PLEASE BE PATIENT AND READ THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS, WITHOUT JUDGEMENT AND AN OPEN MIND">>>

An EXAMPLE: albeit,  maybe a bit crass but LIFE or reality sometimes is, WHAT IF WHEN YOU WERE GROWING  UP SOMEONE(FATHER,MOTHER OR UNCLE, PLAYMATE etc,)  WERE TO TELL YOU, YOUR AN IDIOT, YOUR STUPID, YOUR A BABBOON,(PLEASE BARE WITH ME, ONE OF THE  GREATEST GIFTS , THAT I TRULY BELIEVE I HAVE LEARNED AND BENEFITED FROM will be revealed) SO IN THIS EXAMPLE "THE BOY OR GIRL" MAY EVEN AFTER AWHILE BEGIN TO "REPEAT" AND OR "BELIEVE" THESE WORDS, (And thus becomes part of their belief system) and may thus even  cause them to feel inferior, low self-esteem,((low-self-image))etc.

(100 TIMES) >>>>REPEAT EVERY MORNING AND BEFORE GOING TO BED, EVERDAY (100  TIMES DON'T SHORT CHANGE YOUSELF YOUR WORTH IT! or gradually work towards) WHILE PRFERABLY, LOOKING IN THE MIRROR, OR  HOLDING A PICTURE OF ONESELF (OF YOURSELF), (EITHER USE A MIRROR OR A PICTURE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK, OR TO HAVE ANY AFFECT IN OUR SUBCONSCIOUS) MY PICTURE IS THIRTEEN YEARS OLD, I had to look for my copy(my script) and picture, although my copy is not the original, (it isn't also thirteen years old,only my picture is) anyways>>>     

WRITE IT OUT, POST IT IN YOUR ROOM, IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU CAN NOT POST IT (place in your drawer,)  I placed mine in front of me, (NEXT WEEK WELL GO INTO SELF-ACCEPTANCE, AND on SELF-FORGIVENESS more)in my room(my copy) oh and my picture to. So when I would GET UP I WOULDN'T forget.>> SO YOU SEE IT << WHEN YOU "GET UP", Otherwise you might forget to repeat 100 times, in the morning AND OR "BEFORE GOING TO BED">>(100 TIMES)<< for at least Several months. START OUT SLOW IF YOU HAVE TOO BUT  DON"T STOP, PLEASE BARE WITH ME JUST TRY IT OUT FOR A FEW DAYS OR WEEKS, WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO
LOSE??  I CHALLENGE YOU TO TRY IT OUT FOR 90 days.  >>> 
 
TA DA , WELL HERE IT IS, finally ha.PLEASE TRY IT AT LEAST FOR 90 DAYS! WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE? TRY IT. I Know it's Humiliating  to let others and or yourself know that your not that Perfect Person. REMEMBER GOD LIKES HUMILITY. But try to always do when your by YOURSELF!! Just try it! I CHALLENGE YOU TO TRY IT OUT FOR "90 days. Or do as a game? for fun.

WHAT BRINGS MANKIND PEACE OF MIND OR PEACE WITH ONE'S SELF?? AND YES DO I NEED TO REMIND YOU OF THE PRAYER THAT MAYBE YOU'VE PRAYED A MILLION TIMES?
(THE  OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN, HALLOWED BE THY NAME (Which Means Sanctified or held on High)(JEHOVAH GOD Which is  mentioned over 7,000 times in the ORIGINAL Holy Scriptures) THY KINGDOM COME  <<WHAT KINGDOM??? WHAT PARADISE??

If the plumbing is pretty old I would say, and  if you have  ever had roots whether thosse being grass or tree roots. I would say to not let it pass the year before checking them out. PLUMBERS SAN DIEGO would like to  mention  that it is not recommended to use chemicals especially like a root destroyer ( it has ACID)  the reason being that on several ocasions when I have removed cast-Iron piping I have found that the bottom of the pipe was destroyed or completely eaten away, and the customers have said that they used root destroyer.

PLUMBERS SAN DIEGO (American Plumbing) likes to check every six or eight months if the drain has roots, otherwise the roots can really build up makeing it almost impossibile to remove the roots.

Well basically PLUMBERS SAN DIEGO (American Plumbing) has found that sewer piping will last around seventy years, and copper piping about five  or ten  years less. Depends on the installation and the upkeep, by that I mean maintenace on sewer piping (Drain Cleaning) And on the water pipe installation and the maintence, water lines require a pressure regulator, and in working order.

Gas lines when made of steel should last about the same seventy years or so.
And this is worth mentioning because it can lead to problems. Any type of gas leak especially if the odor is coming from inside the house should be taken care of immediately , well you would be surprised how many times I've gone to people's house's and the gas leak had been that way for several months?

When  I went to a house were the vent had been left disconnected from the top of the water heater, and was in the kithcen, and had been left alone for years. they would just open the kithcen door.  Always fix venting if not connected, especially if it's inside  because  this produces carbon monoxide. Oh and one last thing DO NOT USE the STOVE to heat the house,  because this to produces carbon monoxide!!

WELL IMAGINE THAT WHAT EVER IS HOLDING YOU BACK , is a LIE or ARE the THOUGHTS of a Eight or Ten Year old Child because that is what they are. But this child did this for self-preservation for at that time this child is all he or she could have done !!

AND  KNOW IMAGINE THAT YOU ARE THAT CHILD AGAIN BUT WITH UNLIMITED SELF CONFIDENCE AND YOUR HOLDING HIM  OR (HER) IN YOUR ARMS AND YOUR SAYING I LOVE YOU, BECAUSE YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL TO ME NOW(and are ACCEPTTING THIS BEAUTIFUL CHILD IN A LOVING, AND FORGIVING WAY). And as your Letting go of the anger, And Letting  go of the hate,and your releasing it to the universe. For where there is LOVE and FORGIVENESS,  only one can stand! (hate, and anger have been uncovered or unmasked for what they really were a LIE!)

AND SO NOW YOU ARE  BEGINING TO BE AWARE OF THE BEAUTFUL NEW YOU AND YES The NEW YOU!! (THE TRUTH).

(Your are Reborn, AND NOW YOU KNOW THE TRUTH OF YOUR INNER CHILD,  AND THE "BEAUTY OF THAT INNER CHILD" ). IT IS SAID YOU SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!! SO ALWAYS THINK GREAT THOUGHTS, THINK BIG,for only you can release your self from the anger the self-hate, etc..

NOW Imagine you have TOTAL SELF-CONFIDECE. And you are unstoppable!!
JUST IMAGINE, or REMEMBER HOW IT FELT AS A CHILD TO FEEL UNSTOPPABLE. And begin to replace them with new Thoughts as you go
along. Yes you create your world though your beautiful new programs.
WELL IMAGINE THAT WHAT EVER IS HOLDING YOU BACK is gone. (Just play along, USUALLY SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS, and NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, ARE RELEASED through this Technique, just try it), and you'll learn to yes FORGIVE  YOURSELF and or OTHER(S), just do it, and don't think so much about the technique. BECAUSE  SEE these(BELIEFS, thought's, programs, were made because at THAT time when you were just a Child (Maybe around a eight or ten year old child) and YOU DIDN'T KNOW BETTER, BUT NOW YOU KNOW THE TRUTH (AND YOUR BECOMING AWARE of this).

AND YOU WILL RELEASE YOURSELF, Letting go of the past accepting them as what they where a child's thoughts a child's behavior, Let go of those thoughts, and the hate the anger! And begin to replace them with new Thoughts as you go along Yes you create your world through your beautiful new programs.(YOUR FREE, and for others YOUR FREEDOM is at HAND ACCEPT IT or begin to accept it gradually whenever your ready!!).

 Now the Truth Has come out, but it's OK don't hate this Child but embrace Him and forgive Him or (Her) Because He Did All He or (she) could do at the time!! AND GRADUALLY, NOW THERE IS LOVE and UNDERSTANDING, and Forgiveness,  and compassion. Where there was only Hate, And Anger before.

A SAN DIEGO PLUMBER: comments on Designing or doing a layout for a Bathroom, and Ideas on Plumbing Fixtures.

First of all you obviously want to be realistic. By that I mean I have seen sometimes a too small of a space for a bathroom that was either poorly planned or was not thought out to well. I remember seeing bathrooms were the cabinets were enormous for the given space.

And by that  I mean placeing cabinets that are to Big, If your bathroom is small you might want to think about getting a nice medium size cabinet or a pedestal sink so the bathroom space doesn't look all bunched up.

There again if you have the space for a Big bathtub with tile surround is a good Idea, But what I sometimes recommend for Seniors is to do a walk-in Tile Shower and a couple of handicap bars, this being for as time goes by it is eaiser to access the shower, instead of stepping over the tub you would walk in. This is only a suggestion for the future, and what I've learned in PLUMBING SAN DIEGO homes.

Another thing I always like to do is place the bathtub against the far wall to be able to place a window usually a two foot window, obviously high enough so as someone from the outside couldn't see the person.

Another thing I have learned PLUMBING SAN DIEGO Homes is to always use a good toilet (Kohler) is always my #1 choice, I prefered a elongated toilet instead of the round the reason being it gives you a little more space. Although I have seen some customers use a 17' Toilet, basically it's a bigger toilet.

Sinks there 18" to 5' or 7' cabinets there again, go to the bathroom space and draw it out or lay it out with tape on the floor to see if it will fit, and remember also that it will look different with cabinet, by that I mean to  consider the "Height". You don't want to have a to small of a space for the bathroom.

In PLUMBING SAN DIEGO HOMES I have come to the realization that sometimes, when useing tile on a shower, and on the floor if and then against the walls say around 36" to 40" tall, really is my best choice. Of course if the Tile is nice looking.
