CLEARING a DRAIN, (Residential only, kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry) Plumbing in San Diego, (the easy stuff) THE Kitchen Drain is usually the one that clogs the most often, and is really the easiest (to unclog), especially if you have a clean-out access, (using a 1/2 inch snake), run cable threw clean-out , (carefully) till it hits stoppage, then just go (back and forth) slowly and carefully, take your time, basically don't force the cable (gently).
Once line clears run water for a couple of minutes to make sure waste stoppage drains (build up of food, always throw food away in plastic bag). Using a 1/4 inch cable snake for bathtub, (slowly feeding cable threw Clean out cover plate till clears drain line) for a Bathroom sink either 1/4 inch (or 1/2 inch cable through vent), run cable threw drain on the bathroom sink.
Laundry is basically the same as a kitchen, run cable through clean-out. VERY IMPORTANT using a large cable (main line cable)on a small line may very likely cause destruction of piping ( PIPE BREAKAGE) so use right size cable for each drain.
