That it Should take about 21 days or three weeks. I Personally think it takes several months (maybe at least 90 days, to begin to establish new habits and thus new neural path ways are created??), for the new neural pathways to begin to be reprogrammed, because who knows how many maybe thousands of these programs there are? Or to Begin to Establish a new thought procces(s) or into a New Way of Thinking.
(BASICALLY SAID IT MAKE TAKE TIME, BUT THEIR ISN'T LIKE THE PRESENT TIME. AND EITHER WAY IF IT DOES TAKE AND ENUMERATED AMOUNT OF TIME, WHETHER IT'S 21 DAYS OR 90 DAYS OR MORE?? TO REPROGRAM OUR SUBCONCIOUS. WHICH ONLY YOU MAY HAVE THE BEST IDEA OF? WHY NOT BEGIN NOW, IF TIME IS GOING TO PASS ANYWAY WHY WAIT??)
I think it's mostly how deep the programs are And or How Many There are? Also many other factors will determine the difficulty or time needed. But only you can determine the truth of the time, that it will take to reprogram, your subconcious programs. And You have a good Idea of the Time it will take to do the reprogramming?
And Because only you have that access to your BRAIN or your "THOUGHT'S". And so you know or have and Idea of the time it will Take. Based on How Many programs you have to "RECOPY" etc... and That you've inembedded in your subconcsious, (or Hardrive for a better word) whether you new of, or not of the The POWER of YOUR WORDS and the EFFECTS on the SUBCONCIOUS. And of The EFFECTS of HOW WORDS Eventually Would effect your LIFE'S CHOICE'S in Your Life in General.

In the book self-talk it is said that we have heard, or been told over 100.000 + thousand times the word "NO" by the time we turn 18. No we can"t do that, No we won't succeed, etc. But it is also said in the Law of ATTRACTION THAT ONE "YES" OR ONE "POSITIVE" IS STRONGER BY MANY DOZENS OF no's, so if you just look at it as a challenge, or a test for awhile and see HOW MANY "POSTIVE REENFORMENTS" or NEW NEURAL PATHWAYS CAN BE REDONE. But now at least your AWARE and YOU can begin the CHANGE either way, REMEMBER time is going to pass. SO WHY WAIT?? GOD BLESS.

A SAN DIEGO PLUMBER: COMMENTS:On Fixing Faucets, Showerheads and Toilets, with little water pressure.
Locateing or fixing low water pressure in faucets, showerheads, and toilets is basically easy while PLUMBING IN SAN DIEGO for 28++ years I have come to the realization that most things are really a mixture of common sense,
(65%-70%), and experience (30%-35%).
First of all a faucet when you do not have pressure, or low water flow. Check
the aerator, that is the small part at the end of a faucet, were the water comes out. This part is usually able to be unscrewed of counter clockwise of course use a towel or rag so as not scratch end of faucet or aerator, once you have off clean and replace accordingly. Could also be that the water stops are not open all the way, be careful since water stops sometimes freeze up and will not turn off.
While PLUMBING IN SAN DIEGO I have realized also, that low water flow from a showerhead means its clogged also. The best thing is to replace the showerhead since there pretty common place, or standard in size 1/2".
And last but not least the Toilet, two maybe three things, occur to clog or give the a toilet low water pressure. 1. the ballcock valve this the part that regulates the water going into the toilet and turns off automatically, dissconnect the water supply and replace, both the ballcock with a 400 a fluid master, and the 2. water supply line should also be replaced, before connecting water line check the pressure on the old hose to see if the 3. water stop is not clogged if so than replace the water stop. PLUMBING IN SAN DIEGO has taught me to always play it safe so like always on a job that is more on the experience side, IT is ALWAYS RECCOMMENDED to let a PROFESSIONAL do the work.
