When OUR THOUGHT'S are REPEATED to ONESELF, (Self-talk) over time this will cause a belief system to be established , A Set of "BELIEFS," "NORMAL BEHAVIOR" or new neural pathways are created, whether True or Not can cause (HATE,LOVE, VIOLENCE,PEACE, LOW SELF-ESTEEM or a HAPPY WELL ROUNDED INDIVIDUAL etc...)we will BELIEVE these after "repeating them enough times".

Self-talk affects our cognitive behavior, (YOUR On AUTOPIOT sorta speak). Which is talking through conscious talk, to subconscious programing of your Belief system. And in order to change you Have to Change THE THOUGHTS OF YOURSELF (or YOUR SELF-IMAGE) Which IS affecting your overall THINKING and the choices you make on a daily basis. SO Be Careful What You Say To Yourself, THINK GREAT THOUGHTS!!
OUR BRAIN (our subconscious) will find ways to justify, for EXAMPLE sometimes when your looking for something and you can't find it (you've told yourself I can't find such and such item) our mind inadvertently, will cause us to not find the item, even though it was right in front of you, (or Right In Front of YOU). When we go to a new job and we start we are indoctrinated in the system of the company, ( NEW NEURAL PATHWAYS ARE MADE or created THUS ONCE YOU"VE LEARNED these set of behavior programs OR BEEN PROGRAMMED SUBCONSCIOUSLY. And have been Taught, at work, School etc...).
It all becomes automatic ( WHETHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE) for example: what happens when your familiar with a road you've driven hundreds of times, you almost don't even bother to look at the road so much, because you know were the hills are going to be or the curves etc. Would you drive as confidently down a new road?
HITLER DID alot of propaganda or media advertisiment,(Programming of the Subconcious) against the Jewish Race, to PROGRAM THE GERMAN PEOPLE,The Hitler Youth etc.. Thus eventually convincing the GERMAN People to BELIEVE, WHAT HE WAS SAYING WAS RIGHT! EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ABSURD TO BLAME AN ENTIRE RACE FOR IT'S ECONOMIC WOES.
What happens when you are walking in your house even if the lights are off you are not scared because you've learned were things are, you've built neural pathways or programs of where things are or learned Thought or learned Behavior. Would you feel as comfortable walking into a dark house, that your not familiar WITH?? (Your Subconcious, has't programmed, or familiarized itself with the layout of the house, the road, School,employment etc ).

A SAN DIEGO PLUMBER COMMENTS:on installing a toilet.
1. Read the instructions most toilets have installation instructions. But we will do a brief, commentery.
2. When choosing a toilet, and for a more comfortable toilet a I prefer a "Kohler elongated toilet", rather the a standard round toilet(American Standard, etc.), And since it is just a little bit more comfortable more bigger.
3. Take a Measurement from the back wall to center of the holes or rather. Were the screws are protruding from toilet. You will need a minium clearance of 11" inches, from back of wall to toilet bolts. (They sell special toilets for when the measurement is less. There called a 10" rough toilet.)
4. Always preferably remove old toilet bolts. And install new bolts.
5. If toilet is a two piece, (not a one piece toilet). Install toilet tank to toilet bowl makeing sure that toilet tank is set squarely on toilet. (By that I mean that toilet is not faceing more to the front on one side, then the other side.) "Evenly tighten" down on toilet tank bolts to toilet bowl. Then just install toilet bowl seat.
6. When you set toilet down make sure that toilet dosen't rock "pre-set on floor" before you install wax ring. If toilet "ROCKS". There is something callled "shims" made of plastic. Usually that is needed, to level toilet. Only two or three shims, usually in the front. Place a thin line or bead of dap(Water based type dap) around base of toilet, use a moist rag to wipe excess off.
7. Connect water supply and check for Leaks.
