HATE AND ANGER are everywhere, there BEHIND all WARS (major conflicts). There BEHIND EVERYDAY arguments BEHIND YES EVEN YOUR everyday conversation. THAT TURNED INTO A CONFLICT of some sort whether it be verbal or physical (these occur WHILE DRIVING, or your everyday conversation WITH A FRIEND(S), OUR "NEIGHBORS", FAMILY MEMBERS, ___________etc.
A SAN DIEGO PLUMBER States "THOUGHT CONTROL", To IMPROVE , and becomeing a NEW YOU!.
Well on a more POSITIVE SIDE which is what we need more of. Useing "Thought Control". Which Changes OUR BELIEF SYSTEM. Which occurs thru Changeing OUR SUBCONSCIOUS PROGRAMS, THROUGH CONSCIOUS THINKING. And Thus this New Way of Thinking become NEW PATTERNS of ESTABLISHED Thought.
I BELIEVE IN LOVE, PEOPLE NEED TO STAND UP and TELL THE TRUTH. FREEDOM CAN BE YOURS. See the Bottom Line is were All Imperpect Human Beings (we all sin). And we all need "HELP," of course some more then others. Admitting This is totally something else, a persoanl choice.
"Understanding, Compassion, Self-Love, Forgiveness", are Part of our Emotional make-up that help us to grow into a win-win personality. Although these "INGREDIENTS" may be lacking They can be Regained. IT IS Only Because we have Given Our Power Away (Low Self-Image). And is not Gained from, others as if someone were to give them to us (INGREDIENTS: Understanding, compassion, etc.). But rather it is "Ourselves" who gave This Power Away and it is "Ourselves" only who can give them to ("The Self-Image").
Begin to CHANGE YOUR BELIEFS THEN YOUR REALITY WILL CHANGE(YOUR WORLD). Start Changeing, YOUR BELIEFS TODAY. And BEGIN TAKEING CHARGE of your Life. Or Rather Begin to Controll Your Thought's. It all Starts with Takeing Charge of YOUR LIFE, and Your Future!! (Cause and Effect).

For there are others worse off MILLIONS who are Starving Worldwide, Newborns born with HIV, who are Worse off, what will be there life-span? etc.
LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS, AND YOU WILL FIND THEM.
FOCUS ON THE PROBLEM AND YOU'LL GET MORE OF THE SAME(PROBLEMS).
SEE DEPRESSION IS Usually Brought about by a Chemical Imbalace in the Brain Which in Turn are Brought about by your "THOUGHTS". And so the more you get depressed ( a catch 22 , or a vicious cycle) The more you build these chemicals the more it causes you to feel sad.
(1. Be Aware of your Thoughts. 2. Think Great Thought's so the OPPOSITE occurs and Creates Endorphins, Happy Chemicals. And YOU'll FEEL BETTER AND EVENTUALLY HAPPY.

A SAN DIEGO PLUMBER COMMENTS:FINDING A LEAK UNDERNEATH A KITCHEN SINK AND OR A BATHROOM SINK AND REPAIRING.
1. Use a LIGHT (baterry Operated Preferable), REMEMBER WATER and electricity don't go well together. And a blanket if possible to laydown on.
2. Check underneath sink for any water leakage usually coming through from drain connection the p-trap or the water connections.
3.Sometimes running the water is a wise choice so as to see were the water leak is at.
4.Hopefully by now you have located leak, if not empty out
evertything from sink and put newswpaper on cabinet bottom to see were leak is coming from, for when you check later.
5.If leak is on drain cut pipe (coming from wall about 5" inches from wall, cut ) , if plastic a small handsaw is used or and abs saw, a stainlles steel connector(no-hub band) usually 1- 1/2" inch connector, a little past hand tight, don't overtighten plastic. And use a 1- 1/2"P-trap (Pvc) to
connect. Depending on your vicinty(Code requirements) you may have to use abs connections and glue, although (pvc) is easier to work with, and is removable. If pipe is metal use a small hacksaw, to cut pipe, and replace with (PVC) p-trap and a 1- 1/4" connector, (rubber connecter).
6. If leak is coming from water lines, remove water lines if
there the kind you, twist or take off with a crescent wrench, then just replace them.
7. Before you change water lines check to see if angle stops (water stops) are still able to turn off and are not all corroded, if so then change them there are two types of angle stops ( A SAN DIEGO PLUMBER prefers to install the Second Type of angle stop, Threaded), first kind is the type called a compression angle stop, for this one you solder and adapter on once you've removed stop ( When soldering always have a WATER bottle and or a fire extingusher and check , for any leaks in wall ). And for the second type you take off by unscrewing with two crescent wrenchs(one to take angle stop off the other for counter clockwise pressure). And then apply some teflon tape to the end of adapter, clean first then apply two or three turns clockwise(teflon tape). And twist on angle stop to threaded adapter (snug, don't overtighten because angle stop will break). A SAN DIEGO PLUMBER always recommends to let a professional do the work.
