I guess this is what you call having MANNERS when if someone is hospitalized that you know to visit them, if you work somewhere maybe say hey how is everything with such and such person showing REAL CONCERN! (Ask, show concern for customers or friend). It is said If you want a friend you have to be a friend.

San Diego Plumber solders two couplings on a water line.
1.First of all you have to make sure there is no water as this will not allow the pipe to get hot thus solder will not melt.
2.Now that the water has been turned of cut the pipe were leak is and sand edges with sand cloth, and measure pipe length needed.
3.Now use a fitting brush to sand the inside of the couplings.
4.Now place flux paste on pipe with a brush and place flux inside of couplings.
5 When you join togther one of the couplings should be slip coupling ( no stop coupling).
6. Now apply heat with approiate size torch, moving torch tip in a circular motion.
7. Once flux begins to melt you can apply some solder, once a consistent amount of solder is applied. Check if there is no gaps or holes in connections of pipe and fitting, ( A solid bead of solder around the hub of pipe should be visible).

I think we All Want the fast LANE to SUCCESS. But unforunately there is none. And so we begin an Endless quest for a push button solution for Wealth and Succes. And yet we never realize that success is right under our nose.
See it's all about How WE Communicate with Ourselves and Others! (Our Self-talk, and Our personal talk and body language when dealing with others, How We Treat Other People!) If where not Happy With ourselves, How do we expect to be Happy with others.(Learn to accept yourself warts and all).
Anyways this book by Dale Carnegie, Is one that I try to read at least every five years or so. I have started rereading for the seventh or eighth time. So anyways Chapter One deals about how to never "Critize Condemn or Complain." Basically summed up he talked about how even killers see themselves as a nice guy who wouldn't hurt a fly. And he quoted Al Capone one of the greatest known Gangsters to have lived as saying, That all he wanted to do was give people a good time, and all he got was abuse, the existence of a hunted man (paraphrased).

He does mention how a foreman who was always hated for being so rough and tough on
safety regulations, realized when you mention to people if the Hard Hats were to tight or didn't fit in a nice way, and would mention that the Hard Hats were for Their Safety,and should always be worn, things changed, they were more acceptable of the foreman. 1. Try to always check to see that the water is off if possibile.
2.If cast Iron piping cut with a grinder ( make sure you wear protection for your eyes).
3. I f cutting abs piping or plastic piping cut with a hand held saw (abs saw, a handheld saw like a carpenters saw will work ).
4.Place fitting and pull a measurement from either side of fixture fitting, if only pipe is needed than just pull a measurement, from end to end.
5. Glue pipe with abs glue and use Fernco Connectors.

WASTE your life CHASEING the Next Conquest, (You Chase woman after Woman, after woman, for sexual gratification which may only last two or three minutes sometimes). And Never knowing that TRUE LOVE (some marriages) can Actually bring you Peace, and Happiness!

San Diego Plumber talks about the correct way to install a hose bibb or compression hose bibb.
1. When removing an hose bibb first check to see if it is a solder type or a compression, or the final one is with an adapter.
2. If it is the solder kind than you must change the hose bibb by heating with a torch, but first CHECK to see if you can open behind the wall , so as not to start a fire in the wall, once you removed the drywall out make sure BEFORE soldering to check that there is nothing flammable, like black paper is close by for it can start a fire very easily.
3. Make sure you have removed anything flammable then also have a couple of water bottles or a fire extinguisher, near by.
4. Now were ready to solder the hose bibb on.
5. A compression hose bibb is removed by takeing off the bibb useing two crescent wrenches (usually 8" or 10") One wrench is to hold the nut part so it does not twist the copper pipe up and the other is to remove the bibb.
6. In order to remove the ferrel (compression sleve), you must use channel locks.
7. The final method is what I prefer to use (San Diego Plumber). First install if there is not one already an adapter (soldered on). Then place some teflon tape on the adapter and with a fip hose bibb install bibb. P.S. I also use teflon Paste, on bibb as an extra protection from leaks and so it goes on easier.

Let's say we have two person's one is called Person A. Him/Her Directs and controls his/her thought's and thus this individual is going to accomplish more by simple reasoning. Or basically will reach the top of the pyramid (Life) through directiing their thougth's and setting goals, Good Positive Thinking and so the higher Your Emotions become the more you will get in Life or reach the FLOW of Life, (Happy, Successful) and everything seems or actually becomes better. ( In Life called, The Golden Touch, The MIDAS TOUCH, Your Magic Genie, etc...)
Person A everything seems to go Great. Acquires friendships easily can get along with people at work, at home, might be blessed with a good wife, always seems to have a roof over their head. Might even be in a position of trust , boss etc... (He/She is the Luckiest Person!!)
Let's say now Person B is lacking in control of said person (their emotions, their self-talk etc...) and thus is at the Whim of Others by simply stateing if that person (B) is not directing their thought's (Then Who Is?). Or if someone says something to Person B he looses control and easily becomes angry, over something as simple as a parking space, someone cutting in line ( Loses Control). If someone owes him money, he can get back at him, with acts of vengenace etc...
Ok so let's say the person is depressed they might start to feel sorry for themselves, and their thinking could even take a downward spiral into negative thinking, etc...
Or let's say Person B is driving down the freeway if person(B) is lacking thought control, and say someone cuts him/her off. Person B might even act violeltly with their vehicle to the point of chaseing that person down the freeway!
What if Person B is Not in control of their thought's and said person begins to argue over basically some small matter,(something insignificant) because he's out of control, or just plain lacking self-control! (NOT CONTROLLING and DIRECTING THEIR THOUGHT'S, their Self Talk Etc...). My Father always said it is better that there is one crazy person rather than two. (Best to ignore that person). If someone honks there horn, at me in Anger, I just give them the Peace Sign, and keep going!

1. Of course you want to make sure the water is turned off before you start.
2. There is. Two types of common angle stops one is the compression type and the other the adapter type.
3. When removeing angle stop if it is compression you will need two crescent wrenches, one to hold the nut of the angle stop the other to turn the angle stop off.
4. Then use channel locks to remove angle stop nut.

I have found the greatest peace is found within. Although for many years I was always looking for others to give me this inner peace. And sometimes I would think if I traveled somewhere or someplace,(and after going to countless seminars on personal devolpement, around 40 to 50) that I would find this peace not being aware that it can actually be found deep inside within the recesess of your mind or your heart (not on some mountain top or far-away land, or by traveling half way around the world).
Why do we look for Love to be gained from others(given) when really all you need to to do is LOVE THYSELF.(Please check out on forgiving and accepting yourself, reprogramming your subconcious, and accepting the new you article.)9-29-2011. For we can EVEN place gold chains or earrings or dress in a certain way, (wearing or buying expensive clothes, which can only be a temporary solution, or overeating etc.).

Is there Happiness in some far off land or better yet said will you FIND Your Happiness there? Well yes you might enjoy traveling but no matter were you go you must love and accept yourself to BE truly Happy. Because all said and done no you must still learn to live with thyself, warts and all.
Can You find Happiness, Peace, Love, Acceptance, True Happiness?? In something inanimate (Like Alcohol, Drugs, sex, or other addictions,) Better said in other Illussions, or some sorta fantasy. For these will surely poison the soul and their end will be far worse than their beginning.(The end of these things will lead to folly, Cancer, Hiv, illegitemate children, alcohloism, drug addiction, etc...). They will never be able to find that Happiness, Peace, Love,... either in a bottle or drug, or sex or some other type of compulsive, obsessive behavior.
(TURN AWAY FROM WHAT IS BAD and do what is good.) And through PRAYER to JEHOVAH GOD. And since we have inherited (from Adam and Eve) the desire of badness (sin) in order to coexist with this desire we must learn self-control. And By learning to always practice goodness. ( Good deeds, and the fruits of the spirit, love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, and self-control.) Galatians 5:22

San Diego Plumber comments on installing a faucet.
1. Remove everything from underneath cabinet or sink.
2. Turn off water, either at the main water shut-off valve or underneath sink.
3. Once you made sure water is off, place a bowl to catch water from underneath water supply line connections to faucet.
4. Then remove water line, and disconnect from angle stops.
5. Sometimes the angle stops (water shut-offs)might need to be changed if they do not turn off.
6. If so change them also, (preferably quarter turn angle stops, Brasscraft) then install the water supply lines.(preferably with stainless steel water supply lines).
7. Turn water back on and check for leaks.

San Diego Plumber Remembers Book titled "Think and Grow Rich"
I read this book the first time, aproximately 30 years ago. It is said that this book "Think and Grow Rich" has created more millionaires than just about any other book in existence. The story that resonates the most with me is always about this man who is said to have been three feet from gold and gave up!
For those of you who know this story well just bear with me. Anyways it goes like this there was this man who had been pulling gold from this mine and suddenly it went dry (Gold vein line disappeared). So anyways he kept digging but to his dismay he could not locate the vein line.
So anyways after awhile he finally decides to sale his mine, as it happened there was a junk man that happened to be going by and he sold him everything for what you might call pennies for dollars or a meager amount.

It so happened that this old junk man being somewhat shrewd decided to call upon the assistance of a geolgist, who figured that the GOLD VEIN was only three feet away, from where he had stopped digging (the original prospector). San Diego plumber remembers (and or others might have been, only to give up), Funny thing in life I've often wondered how many times I might have been THREE FEET from GOLD. If I only would've persistted in the many endeavours that I have been in everything from Network Marketing, direct marketing etc. etc.

San Diego Plumber mentions a method for laying out a drain line.
1. First or obivously you might want to sketch out (a plan).
2. Let's say you can run drain line down the middle of home.
3. Always remember to have miniumum of 1/4" per foot drop for 3" pipe or 1/8" drop for 4" pipe (use a torpedo level).
4. So if your able to install drain piope in the center of home let's say then you could run 2" lines to all fixtures except for a toilet.
5. A lot of times people didn't put cleanouts that were accessible, (they were either buried deep or underneath house) but there should always be one at the end of the line or the top of the line, and every 50 feet.

San Diego Plumber: Questions or wonders what were the consequences of this battle, and the folly of this hate??
My question(s) lay in the aftermath of what occured because of this hatred. That had gone on and the fear that these two families lived in a daily baisis! In other words anywhere they went they had to be careful of the other family that they weren't killed by them, or hurt by them!! (What a diffuclt way to live, or exist).
And How it affected or better yet said How it infected their children and their children were bound to pass this HATE on for they were naturally brought up to hate the other family ( I would surmise.) and I would even venture to guess that few words were ever expressed between the two families sad to say that this was a way to live, especially if you lived in close proximity.
Can man ever learn to be civilzed without so much hatetred?? Is man inhertenly bad? I guess civilized is an interesting word, but I guess to me it would be to practice love, for what good is it if he/she is wealthy or well educated and does not have love in his heart?? I guess man is prone to commit bad because of are inhertening sin from our original mother and father (Adam and Eve). Or rather the desire of badness is there so in order to coexist with this desire we must learn self-control. And By learning to always practice goodness. (Good deeds, and the fruits of the spirit, love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, and self-control.) Galatians 5:22
San Diego Plumber states to practice random acts of kindness and a forgiveing Heart with those who have erred you (hurt you, or simply offended you). I truly believe that this way you might even release yourself from a prison cell that you can create, by haveing hatetred, (HATE, anger, venemous vengeance, OR ACTS OF RETRIBUTION)!! For freedom is better than creating that prison cell. And thus the same will be practiced on to oneself from our creater (Jehovah God). It is said for he who who forgives much, much will be forgiven him/her!!

San Diego Plumber says why repairing plumbing fixtures is just mostly commonsense.
To diagnose a plumbing problem is to put it simply, to break it down, or better said is to break it down. Into a problem that is written down like a math problem or a multipile equation.
When you have a leak for instance in the wall the most obvious (question ) is that you have a leak from a broken pipe? Of course that may be a reason although know comes the time to put your thinking cap on. ASKING SOMETIMES THE RIGHT QUESTIONS LIKE WHAT IS ABOVE IN THE next floor (might be a better question to diagnose) right above the LEAK IS there a BATHROOM A KITCHEN, a laundry?
Breaking down the leak (problem) can sometimes be summarrized in the old adage of kiss, Keep it simple. If we overdramatize a problem we will just really complicate it more than neccesary. Or by simply just "asking the right questions". Common sense (or asking the right questions) I truly believe is about 80% of solving the problem. (experience being the other 20%.)

The next step would be. Let's say for example their is a toilet (above the leak) well a possibilty could be that, the leak is coming from the toilet, whcih happens on occasion see the wax rings get worn out and need to be replaced on occassion.
