Who wrote immortal fables one goes like this.
The Sun and Wind were Quarrelling about which was Stronger, and the wind said.

Finally, the wind calmed down and gave up. And then the Sun came out from behind the clouds and smiled Kindly on the old man. Presently he mopped his brow and pulled off his coat. The SUN TOLD the WIND THAT WITH GENTLENESS and FRIENDLINESS were always stronger than any FURY FORCE."
See the use of gentleness and friendliness is so much easier in life, when dealing with people.
San Diego Plumber Mentions John D. Rockefeller
Mr John D. Rockefeller, stepped in to one of the bloodiest STRIKES in American History,
(He was President of the Coal Company). And He was one of the Companies Most HATED Men.
Rockfeller wanted to WIN the Men to his way of Thinking, so He spent several weeks in makeing friends, He visited their Homes and got to meet their wives and children.
And then when he gave a speech it's seem THAT the speech was to neighbors and friends. Just Like if he was, Talking to a COUPLE of FRIENDS. AFTER GIVING THE SPEECH, the STRIKE was Over, BECAUSE THEY went BACK to WORK. What would of occurred had he just kept useing force, Or ARGUED or tried to give the speech without visting their families for several weeks? (Remember before he was one of the most despised men in the company of the strikers).
The Following were some of the words Rockefeller used in the speech, FRIENDS, SPIRIT of MUTUAL FRIENDSHIP, OUR COMMON INTERESTS IT IS ONLY BY YOUR COURTESY THAT I AM HERE. ( WOW, WHAT A MAGNIFICENT APPROACH!!)
When O.L. Straub wanted to get his rent reduced, He wrote the manager letting him know that when his lease was up. He would have to move.
The Manager came right away to see him, Basically What Mr. Straub did was
To greet him politely and tell him about how much he liked living in the apartments. (He was Hearty in Approbation and Lavish in His PRAISE)
Although he finally said that he couldn't afford it. "It was the friendly, sympathic, appreciative approach that Won."
This caught the manager off guard because usually all the tenants did was complain about the rent. And actually he ended accepting a figure or amount which Mr. Straub could afford. (A Diplomatic Approach, Remember how The Sun won with Friendliness and Gentleness).
